Stop losing jobs
to a late quote.
The quote drafts itself from your customer's photos. You read it over, you approve. The follow-ups come after.
Set aside an hour on your first day: your price list, and Toise on your phone.
Your customer writes to you and drops off their photos. The AI prices them from your rate card, you approve in one click. The quote goes out, and the follow-ups take care of themselves.
Your customer writes to you as usual. They have nothing to install.
They send you a text, and the job opens on its own. Their name or address is missing? Toise replies with a link to give it, along with their photos. No account, no app. On your side, Toise installs from Google Play on your Android phone. It picks up the messages for you.
- Text
Where this started
Toise was born watching a plumber and a window-tinting fitter work.
Both of them worked well, and both had customers. Yet both were losing money in the same place.
« I'll do it tonight. »
The quote asked for on Tuesday goes out on Friday, or never goes out at all. Meanwhile the customer has called someone else, and nobody tells you.
« Noted, noted. »
The appointment agreed on site, between two jobs, ends up on a cigarette packet. Then nowhere at all.
« I really must get to it. »
The work finished six months ago and the invoice still has not gone out. Your money is out there, and the customer is not complaining.
Today’s tools all ask for the same thing: stop and type it in. But a tradesperson is out on site, hands full. That is precisely where Toise steps in.
How it works
You approve. Toise does the rest.
From the photo to the invoice, the job moves on its own. At each step, you see who is working.
- Step 1Your customer, or you
Photos come in
Your customer writes to you by text or email, exactly as they already do, and the job opens by itself. Their name or address is missing? Toise replies with a link to give it and add their photos, without installing anything.
- Step 2Toise, then you
Quote ready in 1 minute
The AI reads your customer's request and photos, then looks up the prices in YOUR rate card. You read it over, and you approve in one click.
- Step 3Toise, alone
Automatic follow-ups
Toise chases your unanswered quotes. By email, without you having to think about it.
- Step 4Your customer, then you
Bookings and invoices, hands off
Quote accepted → Toise books the first free slot in your diary. You confirm it, and your customer is told. Job finished → the invoice in one click.
Instead of writing out a full quote, you read it over and approve it in one click. The rest happens while you work.
What it does
Five things Toise does, and that you can check.
Pricing, quotes, follow-ups, maintenance contracts and your phone. Here is how each one works.
Your rate card sets the price. Never the AI.
The AI reads your customer's photos and request, then looks the price up in your rate card. It never invents one, and it is not allowed to estimate.
- Your rate card is versioned: each quote keeps the version in force the day it went out.
- A customer disputes an amount six months later? You produce the exact rate that applied that day.
- Work not on the card: the AI does not improvise, it marks the line "to be priced manually" and hands it back to you.
A price only enters a quote if it comes from your rate card. ⚠️ Toise guarantees where the price came from. You check the line itself, before it goes out.

Maintenance is your steady income. Toise prepares every invoice.
Do you have customers on maintenance contracts? Toise keeps the schedule for you: it warns the customer before the visit, and prepares the invoice once the work is done.
- The schedule runs on its own from the date the contract was signed.
- The reminder goes out before the visit, to the customer and to you. The job for that visit is waiting for you, with its date.
- Once the visit is done, the invoice is ready. You send it in one click.
Recurring income is what keeps a small trade business going between two big jobs. It is also the easiest thing to forget.

The legal side is no longer your job.
The required wording changes with your trade, and you do not have to know it. Toise knows which wording applies to yours, and writes it on every quote.
- Your quotes and invoices are numbered in sequence, with no gaps. That is the first thing an inspection looks at.
- Right of withdrawal: as soon as the customer signs at home, the notice period and the form are added.
- Does your trade fall under construction? Assurance décennale (insurer, policy, geographic cover) and the statutory warranties on the works are added on their own.
- If your work qualifies for a reduced VAT rate, it only appears once the conditions are met, with the certification the law calls for.
A vehicle window tinter has no ten-year construction insurance (assurance décennale) to display, and neither does an aquarium technician. Every line printed points back to the article of law behind it. One thing stays yours: reading it over before it goes out.

Follow-ups and reminders go out without you thinking about it.
Your quote went out, the customer said nothing? Toise chases it by email, in your company's name.
- Quote sent and silent: first reminder on day 3, second on day 7. Then Toise stops.
- Invoice issued: your customer receives it with its payment due date, and the send leaves its trace on the job.
- Appointments: once you have confirmed the date, your customer is reminded the day before by email. If the slot is moved, the reminder re-arms itself.
- Maintenance contract: the customer is warned 7 days before the visit, and you the day before.
⚠️ Follow-ups go out by email. Without a customer’s address, nothing can reach them. The wording is the same for everyone, and the law requires it: a reminder turned into a sales pitch would become advertising, forbidden without prior consent. Every send leaves its trace on the job, with the date and time.

Toise fits in your phone.
You install Toise from Google Play on your Android phone. It picks up your customers' messages, and it hands you your jobs out on site.
- Hands full? Dictate your request and Toise turns it into a quote.
- A customer writes to you? Toise sees it and opens the job on its own.
- The quote and the invoice are written into your own text messages, ready to leave from your own number. Your customer knows who is writing.
- Network down? Your jobs stay readable, with the time they were last read.
Toise installs on an Android phone. On an iPhone, set aside two minutes in the Shortcuts app. Do your customers mostly write by email? Forwarding from your own mailbox is enough. To read your customers' messages Toise asks you for notification access: you may refuse it, and everything else keeps working.

Every trade
Toise starts from your rate card, whatever your trade.
Toise works from no ready-made price catalogue. It reads the rate card you give it, and prices from that. So it handles vehicle window tinting just like aquarium maintenance.
- Window tinting installer
- Plumber
- Electrician
- Heating engineer
- Painter
- Mason
- Carpenter
- Roofer
- Auto repair technician
- Aquarium technician
- Chimney sweep
- Locksmith
- Air conditioning installer
- Drywall installer
- Glazier
- Tiler
- Facade contractor
- Landscaper
- Cleaning company
- Appliance repair technician
- Automatic gate and door technician
- Drone pilot
- Pool technician
- Pest control technician
- Alarm and CCTV installer
- A starter rate card already filled in, 1029 services built from prices actually charged.
- What applies to you is already set: ten-year construction insurance (assurance décennale) or not, service category, certifications to display.
- All that is left is to put in your own prices.
Three cases in point
The complete case
Plumbing & heating
Assurance décennale and the statutory warranties on the works: the full construction baseline, carried by your documents. The reduced VAT rate follows your rate card. Put a reduced-rate line on it, and the certification the law calls for prints with it.
The mixed case
Vehicle wrapping & window tinting
A trade straddling vehicles and fit-out work, with a dozen services that fit into neither box.
The furthest trade from the rest
Aquarium maintenance
Its rate card is built around maintenance packages, with tank rental on top. No ten-year construction insurance (assurance décennale) to display.

Questions
What people ask us first.
The questions that keep coming up, answered in full.
Does my customer have to install anything?
No. Your customer messages you by text or by email, exactly as they do today. There is nothing for them to create or install. That is the starting point of the product: the day your customer has to change their habits, you have already lost them.
Can the AI make up a price?
No. A price only enters a quote if it comes from your rate card. When a service is missing, or the AI is unsure, the line is flagged « to price manually ». ⚠️ Toise guarantees where the price came from. Checking the line and the quantity is what your read-through is for. Every quote also keeps the rate card version from the day it went out: six months later, you can produce the exact price.
Do I need to know the required legal wording?
No. That is what Toise is for. Around fifteen statements are required on a quote, and they differ by trade: ten-year construction insurance (assurance décennale), right of withdrawal, consumer ombudsman (médiateur de la consommation), or the VAT rate that applies to your site. Toise knows which ones apply to you and writes them on its own. You remain the issuer of the document, so you read it over before it goes out. But you no longer open a legal code to know what belongs there.
Can the AI send a quote on its own?
No. Your quotes and your invoices never go out without your approval: the AI prepares the document, and it waits until you have read it over. Follow-ups do go out on their own once the quote has been sent. Two reminders, on day 3 and day 7.
My trade is unusual. Will it still work?
Toise rests on no ready-made price catalogue: it reads the rate card you give it. The trades already open run from plumbing to aquarium maintenance, by way of vehicle window tinting. Cannot find yours on the list? Write to contact@toise.eu and tell us what you do. We reply honestly on whether Toise can help you, and how.
If I cancel, do I lose my documents?
No. Cancelling switches off the AI assistant. Your quotes, your invoices, your jobs and your rate card stay accessible and exportable: you keep everything you built. ⚠️ Toise has no free tier.
Does Toise handle mandatory electronic invoicing?
Not yet, and two things need separating. Toise produces compliant quotes and invoices today. SENDING them in the mandatory electronic format means going through an Approved Platform, and Toise is not one at this stage. The legal timetable: since 1 September 2026, every VAT-registered business must be able to RECEIVE an electronic invoice; small businesses will have to ISSUE them from 1 September 2027. Connection to an Approved Platform is being prepared for that date. Updated 10 August 2026.
How many tradespeople use Toise today?
Toise has just opened and runs as a pilot, and we say so plainly. We will publish figures the day they are real. In the meantime, you have direct access to the person building Toise: your feedback shapes what comes next.
Plainly put
What Toise does not do, and will not do.
These gaps are decisions, and they will not change. A tool that does everything ends up doing the essentials badly.
No CRM, no structured sales pipeline
Toise tracks your live jobs, from enquiry to invoice. If you need a structured sales pipeline, you will want a dedicated tool alongside.
No bookkeeping, no accounts
That is your accountant's job, and they do it better than we would. Toise simply hands them clean, complete documents.
No crew scheduling, no staff management
Toise is built for the tradesperson working alone, or nearly alone. That is where lost admin time hurts most.
No ready-made price library
A library of average prices is not your rate card. Toise starts from your own prices, even if that means the first hour is yours.
What Toise does, on the other hand, it does all the way: from the customer’s first message to the invoice being sent. And you never had to sit down.
Where are you writing the next quote?
Create your account, load your rate card, send a real quote to a real customer. There is no demo to book and no salesperson to call back.
One month of the AI assistant free. No card details asked for at sign-up.
